On Wednsday Jenny, Spoorthi, & myself made our way to Downtown St.Louis the the KMOV Channel 4 station. Where we met with Chief Meteorologist Kent Earhardt. As we signed in down in the lobby waiting for Kent to come and escort us back i started to get a little nervous, when he finally came out he gave us a tour of the whole Office, told us what happend in that particular room and why they did that way. When we got to where the Anchors sit ( what you see on TV) he showed us that part and the weather room area ( where they were having some difficulties) then we started our interview where the sports interviews are taken it was quite an experiance. Kent is shorter then i would of thought but he was so nice he was talking about his kids (that are around our age) after our interview he let us take a few shots so we can put them in certain places when we edit our video, he also gave us a few ideas on how to edit our video when we were done he walked out in the lobby to get my grandmother (who was more excited then me and my friends) then he took all of us on another tour. Then we left so they could go get some work done but we got some amazing shots and our interview he also referred us to another person that could help. I had so much fun.

Mrs. Pomerantz & Mr.Landow loved our video, we played it in class and talked about what we could do when we start editing our video.
It’s also Mr.Landows last day at PNH. So were getting his ideas before he goes.
    We’ll Miss him!

I will miss you all, too! It was a great outing, Jacquelyn, and I hope everyone’s are as productive and informative. Your level of involvement has been dynamite on this documentary; I’m very impressed!

Don’t forget to come up with your five visual metaphors. I wonder if you could somehow use something your meteorologist said as a starting point for brainstorming…

I will for sure look into something like that to use that is a great idea. With my outing for the next 10 days ( ask Mrs. P about that, you’ll be shocked) but when i get back i will do what i need to do to get caught up.
