Sounds like the subject matter and your research had an effect on you. There is a power in taking control of your actions and recognizing that your choices influence others and the world around you.

It was a pleasure to get to know you this semester, Jacquelyn.

Please tell your grandmother that it was a pleasure to meet her and thank her so much for coming to our viewing.

Have a great summer

Hi Jacquelyn,

I live in Oregon, and I am participating in the Comment Challenge. I found your blog and I’ve been reading some of your entries. This entry in particular caught my eye because I can hardly believe that summer is coming earlier than it used to. Scary!

It is also a scary thought that we could run out of water. I like to conserve resources by recycling and reusing materials as much as possible. I am impressed by what your class is doing, and I wish you all luck! Keep going!

Sincerely,
Elizabeth

OK, I don't mean to be a stick in the mud, but "Global Warming" is not a very catchy title. Go to the EVC site and check out some of the titles of student-produced documentaries posted there.

Also, the introduction should have more detailed ideas--how are we going to hook our audience? Again, check out the introductions of the EVC student documentaries for ideas.

Good ideas for the visual metaphors. Your visit to the TV station sounded like a lot of fun. I'm sure you about more than global warming issues--a bonus!

I will miss you all, too! It was a great outing, Jacquelyn, and I hope everyone's are as productive and informative. Your level of involvement has been dynamite on this documentary; I'm very impressed!

Don't forget to come up with your five visual metaphors. I wonder if you could somehow use something your meteorologist said as a starting point for brainstorming...

Mrs. Pomerantz & Mr.Landow loved our video, we played it in class and talked about what we could do when we start editing our video.
It's also Mr.Landows last day at PNH. So were getting his ideas before he goes.
We'll Miss him!

How'd the interview go? Can't wait to hear all about it. Did you get in contact with Jim Kramper? Mr. Hazelton posted something on my blog that I'm going to show you guys tomorrow, but you can read it if you want--he had some suggestions about asking for interviews.
